Our life can feel so busy, loud, and overwhelming, we stay busy in entire week, Monday to Saturday, and get rest on Sundays. As God has also taken six days to create the world and human beings, and he rested on the seventh day, he blessed the seventh day and made it a holy day.
[By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work. 3Then God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done.(Genesis 2:2-3)]
